Brooke Parker

Founder & CEO

Brooke Parker is a native New Yorker with lifelong ties to the city’s independent school community. A graduate of Christ Church Day School, Nightingale-Bamford (K–8), and Riverdale Country School (9–12), Brooke earned her BA in Child Development and Spanish from Tufts University (summa cum laude) and an MA in Early Childhood Education (Birth–4th Grade) from Columbia University’s Teachers College, where she received an academic scholarship.

As a former student, teacher, learning specialist, and admissions coordinator—and now a parent—Brooke understands the independent school world from every angle. She began her career as a substitute teacher at over 25 of Manhattan’s top preschools and independent schools before serving as a Kindergarten teacher, Learning Specialist, and Admissions Coordinator. In admissions, she designed assessments, conducted interviews, and wrote official evaluations—gaining insight into what schools truly seek in applicants.

For over a decade, Brooke has guided families through the admissions process with empathy, expertise, and exceptional results. Her sessions are personalized and collaborative, helping children shine by connecting learning to their interests and uncovering how they best absorb information.

In addition to working with families, Brooke advises companies, service providers, and brands on creating developmentally appropriate, engaging, and effective offerings for children and parents—ensuring each aligns with best practices in early childhood development.

Brooke’s educator lens helps families articulate their child’s strengths and potential, especially in the written portions of applications. Because she devotes significant time and care to each client, Brooke takes on only a limited number of families per season. At the heart of her work is a deep belief in nurturing the whole child—building confidence, joy, and a lifelong love of learning.
